Creating intelligently-designed yoga sequences is a straightforward and enjoyable task with Peak Pose. The platform offers a selection of poses carefully curated around your chosen class level and desired peak pose.

Choose Class Level:
Begin the process by indicating the preferred class level, selecting between Beginner or Intermediate +, to tailor your sequence accordingly.

Select Peak Pose:
Upon choosing a class level, a refined list of suitable peak poses corresponding to that specific level will be presented for your consideration.

Build Your Sequence:
Recommended poses are categorized into warm-up, standing and balance, backbends, seated, and cool down sections based on your selected pose and class level. Each category features an array of poses beyond what is necessary for a single sequence, empowering you to create multiple yoga sequences for each chosen pose.

Save and Print:
The yoga sequences you craft can be printed, saved, modified, or removed with ease.

This application offers complimentary content but provides access to additional features through a subscription. A premium membership can be obtained on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing as a Premium Member, you unlock full access to all premium poses available on the platform.

A full subscription is available at just $2.99 USD per month or $29.99 USD annually. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your iTunes account.

Your membership will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

If you opt to cancel your subscription, access to sequences created with premium poses will be revoked. However, sequences designed with free content will remain accessible in your account. You retain the ability to restore your premium poses and sequences by resubscribing at any point.
